If Your Life Is in Immediate Danger (Emergency Assistance Required)
Call the emergency services by dialing 112 (available in Russia and many other countries worldwide).
Once you have been admitted to a medical facility, contact the Assistance Center using the phone number provided in your insurance policy. If you do not have your policy with you, the medical staff can contact the Assistance Center on your behalf once your policy details are available.
If You Need Urgent Medical Assistance but Your Life Is Not in Immediate Danger
Call the Assistance Center using the phone number listed in your insurance policy before seeking treatment whenever possible.
How to Claim Reimbursement for Covered Expenses
Select the section on www.erv.ru that matches your type of insured event and follow the instructions provided.
Complete the Claim Form.
Gather all required supporting documents according to the checklist.
Submit your documents by mail or deliver them in person.
